14oz unsanforized snapback featuring a rare Nihon Menpu denim-hemp blend (78% cotton, 22% cannabis/hemp). The fabric showcases a striking combination of natural indigo warp and kakishibu (persimmon dye) weft, woven on vintage shuttle looms in a slow, deliberate process that creates its distinctive character. Right-hand twill construction with selective indigo weft accents gives it visual depth often mistaken for herringbone. This fabric hasn't been produced in over 14 years—a genuine piece of textile history. The craftsmanship and dyeing technique are mastered by only a handful of artisans worldwide. Adjustable snapback fits head circumferences up to 23" with a mid-crown depth of approximately 5". Optional embroidered patches available, with new designs coming soon.
