This overall style is inspired by the classic 1953 Type II Jacket. The style shown in the pictures is in our Regular Fit but does come in the Slim Fit also, It's designed to hit right at the waistline for a compact look. It has two full double pockets on the front.
The pocket flaps are secured with our custom CFDCo hardware and the pockets are bar tacked at the corners. Taped seams is used on seams, the sleeve seams and armhole are taped inside for extra durability. also the added our signature copper rivet at the cuff open to secure the seam.
The first fabric we used had to be an America Classic. To us that means it is an America staple from the start and ages gracefully. Only second to American denim is duck canvas. This style uses Mount Vernon Mills Cannonball Cotton Duck Canvas from the United States. It has a plain weave and is a solid 12oz to give it good body but not feel too stiff in a jacket style. The base color is Ochre. It’s truly an America Classic.
