The Duck Canvas we use has to be an America Classic. To us that means it is an America staple from the start and ages gracefully. This 18oz WAX Duck Canvas has a plain weave and is a very solid fabric. This fabric is the starting point for all American workwear. It is Sanforized, and there will be some stretch and shrinkage, but not as much as a denim weave The base color is Nutmeg Brown. It’s truly an America Classic.
The refined WAX finish provides an additional layer of protection from rain, moisture and time. Waxed canvas has a long lifespan behaving much like leather in the way it patinas and appears ageless. Waxed canvas requires only minimal care to maintain its appearance and can go years without having to be washed.
